4 large heads
4 large carrots, diced
3 ounces cream cheese, sliced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place potatoes in a steamer over 1 inch deep water, cover, and steam 1 to 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Stir pecans and bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Drain and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
