1 cup semisweet chocolate, chopped
2 cups confectioners' sugar
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter
1 (16 ounce) package mini marshmallows
Butter a 9x13 inch dish.

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup buttermilk
In large glass or metal bowl, beat chocolate with melted chocolate, buttermilk and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
Whip buttermilk just until creamy. Set aside.
Shape the mixture into 9x13 inch squares, leaving 1 inch at the bottom. Wrap with plastic wrap and cut into squares. Gradually spread chocolate mixture over the squares.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
