2 cups all-purpose flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/3 cups dry milk powder
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, stir together flour, baking powder and milk. Stir in oil, butter, sugar, egg and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
Fill one 9x13 inch baking pan with one half of the brownie mix. Fold in chocolate pieces, pecans and chocolate chips. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Bake in microwave and heat on high for 1 minute. Cool before cutting into squares and digging into cookies.
