1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup nonfat evaporated milk
1/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
5 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, stir together chocolate, nonfat evaporated milk, and 1/4 cup white sugar. Stir in flour, salt, and cinnamon and mix until well blended. Stir in melted butter and 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup vanilla extract, and salt. Stir in pecans.
Pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until set; aside. In a small saucepan, melt remaining 1 cup of butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until smooth. Pour sauce over pie, and set aside to cool.
