1 cup pineapple juice
3 cups orange juice
3/4 cup white wine
1 cup full-fat margarine
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup orange zest
2 tablespoons malt syrup
1/2 sweetener
Whisk together the pineapple juice, orange juice, margarine, lemon juice, and orange zest. Place the mixture into ice cube trays or ramekins and freeze.
Rub 1 cup of frozen cube mixture from the freezer, pour 2 cubes onto a glass, and garnish with lemon juice and pineapple.
