Quick and Easy Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 ounce) packages non-instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (11 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup margarine, softened

1 (7 ounce) can frozen whipped topping, thawed

3 cups fresh non-dairy creamer

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

On large dinner plate, stir together pudding, chocolate layer, and combine butter and cream together until smooth and spreadable. Sprinkle remaining pudding on top, and spread mixture all over bottom, pressing edges together.
