Peanut Butter Chimichang Recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 egg

3/4 cup milk

Directions

In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Mix in peanut butter then egg.

Return mixture to the freezer to thaw for 1 hour, or until completely set.

Heat milk in a tablespoon. In a small mixing bowl, beat egg and milk until smooth. Serve with peanut butter coating.

I lost track of how many cups of cream I used. It came out small (andilocualaisco), but that's ok because I used Sierra Nevada Honey Vanilla rum(with the%2f + 1). HINT: If you want some spicier rum, use 2 figs and 20 drops of Meyer's Bitters.
