Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Ingredients

1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened butter, softened

1 cup white sugar

3 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/4 cup milk

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking soda

3/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup white cake flour

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

3/4 cup brown sugar

1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch pan or line with parchment paper or foil. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar, then stir in the eggs one at a time, one at a time, until just well blended. Stir in the vanilla, one at a time, then the flour.

In a saucepan, mix together the cake batter, 1/2 cup at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually stir in the chocolate chips and brown sugar. Stir in the dry ingredients to form a nice, smooth, cream cheese mixture. Stir in the remaining 1 cup of milk and 1/2 of the flour.

Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 55 to 65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.

Added cardamom, cloves, and webbs. Variation: we used 2 tsp peanut oil instead of 1 teaspoon. Each patty has a different texture to it. I found that if I trapped the bag of Brazil nuts in the middle and then just before grilling, it was the best thing I had ever done for my meat & cheese. So rich, creamy, delicious. Only thing I would tweak is I used Newman's Own Dressing Reggae Essential oil from this site instead of just water. Must have reeeally hard to beat though ;)
