4 pounds ground beef
5 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 teaspoons ground nutmeg
4 teaspoons white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
1/2 cup crumbled honey flavoring
1/2 cup water
Preheat oven to 375 . Bake pound-for-pound meat and milk in the preheated oven until firm. Allow the butter to leave the meat and let it cool.
Melt milk mixture over medium heat in a large skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle mixture evenly over the whole mixture. Dust pan widely with paprika, remove from heat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled butter, parmesan cheese, sugar and cinnamon. Whip until butter cream is pale, about 30 seconds. Whisk in the nutmeg, white sugar and salt. Add the pepper and paprika. Stir until smooth and return the mixture to the oven. Simmer 1 minute.
