2 cups fresh mango, raw
3 cups hot water
2 tablespoons yellow salt
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons brandy, chilled
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
1 cup semisweet chocolate, chopped
In a medium bowl, bring water, salt, cinnamon, brown sugar and brandy to a boil in a large pan; stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in orange juice, orange brandy, frozen orange juice concentrate and chocolate. Continue stirring until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Slowly pour into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth with a fork, scraping bowl often. Add more brandy, if necessary, to achieve the desired consistency. Transfer to tall glass or ceramic bowl.
