3 slices bacon
1/2 pound ground pork
4 eggs
1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a skillet or roasting pan. Season bacon with salt and pepper to taste; fry until bacon is evenly brown. Drain excess grease and crumble bacon; set aside.
In a medium bowl beat eggs until light and fluffy. Stir in pork; mix well. Combine cream cheese and Cheddar cheese. Fold egg mixture into pork mixture; fold in spinach. Spoon batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into middle comes out clean.
