3 (8 ounce) packages nondairy creamer
1 (18.25 ounce) package white chocolate, chopped
3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Prepare dried chocolate and sugar: Melt chocolate, stirring until smooth. Stir in salt and egg. Adjust salt and egg to taste. Drop dough by heaping tablespoons onto unprepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool cookies slightly before removing from cookie sheet. Cool on wire rack.
