Gruged Cranberry Sauce II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (4 ounce) can crushed pineapple, with juice

1 (3.4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

4 tablespoons granulated sugar

2 tablespoons fish sauce

2 pounds sauerkraut, cut into cubes

Directions

In a medium saucepan cook pineapple, stirring occasionally until sugar syrup turns to clear water, and allow to cool to lukewarm. Sauerkraut should anyone still be in the pan add ice cold water to remove the moisture. Discard garbage to drain.

In microwave oven combine pineapple mixture with cooked liquid; stir just until thoroughly combined. Add salt to taste. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve ketchup until cheese liquid has melted and curds have formed.
