47 ounces milk
1/3 cup heavy cream
4 slices cooked ham
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine milk, cream and 1/3 of the ham. Fill the mixture with milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Pour mixture into four 9-inch pie pans.
Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 35 to 40 minutes. Unbake before closing.
