4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
2 tablespoons black pepper
6 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place chicken in a broiler pan or roasting pan and top with olive oil and lemon juice. Mix together vinegar, pepper and broth. Place chicken in the pan.
Meanwhile, place flour in a shallow dish or bowls, and coat with flour. Place chicken in the water and let cook 20 minutes, or until wings are browned, and no longer pink. Serve immediately.
