Lemon Bell Pepper Dip Recipe

Ingredients

3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar

1 teaspoon chili powder

Directions

This was pretty good, but I think I would prefer some extra seasoning. I added garlic, and I thought the texture was nice, but I think I would prefer just under-and-sliced avocado to this.
