Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 cup chopped green bell pepper

4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons dried lemon or lime juice

1 2/3 tablespoons dried minced onion

2 2/3 cups water

1 pound crispy cornbread, cubed

1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained

1/2 cup chopped green onions

2 tablespoons lemon zest

Directions

Place hamburger in large skillet, after 2 to 3 minutes. Butter the bottom and sides of a large silicone tray.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add beef mixture and cook for 2 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from heat and stir in onion, green pepper, Worcesershire, lemon juice and onion. Stir again. Cover, marinate and refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
