1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 pound lean ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 small fresh tomato, finely chopped
1 small green bell pepper, finely chopped
3 carrots, peeled, coarsely chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup white sugar
1/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons ranch-style salad dressing
2 teaspoons salt
Combine olive oil, ground beef, onion, green pepper, tomato, and green pepper. Season with carrots, egg, salt and wine. Whisk until smooth.
Collect into 3 large bowl. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate (145 degrees F-135 degrees C) until ready to use. , serving with ranch-style salad dressing. 3.
