2 cups water
1/4 cup hypericum dried
1/4 cup salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 cup butter
1 large onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C).
In a saucepan from 4 cups of water, stir together hypericum, salt, black pepper, and 1/8 cup butter. Bring water to a boil and cook as directed on package. Stir in 1 large onion, minced (but still firm), garlic, olive oil, mustard, salt, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 2 1/2 minutes.
