3 cups milk
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup vodka
1 lime
1 cup butterscotch schnapps
2 fluid ounces seca
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon lemon extract
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
In a blender or food processor, combine milk, brown sugar, vodka, lime, 1 cup butterscotch schnapps and seca. Process briefly to remove liquid. Stir in egg whites, lemon extract and whipped topping. Pour mixture over pie. Chill in refrigerator for about 1 hour before serving.
