1 cup bulgar wheat (white part only)
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup pumpkin pie spice powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup golden raisins
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x15 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, stir together the wheat flour and whole wheat flour. Combine the eggs, milk and oil, stir into the flour mixture. Stir in the pumpkin pie spice and salt; mix until just combined. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the muffin comes out clean. Cool before serving.
