1 pound open pork sirloin packets
2 carrots, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
2 stalks celery, diced
1 pound canned and frozen egg noodles
7 stalks celery, diced
1 large onion, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
2 1-inch slices bread, cubed
Mix pork and shredded carrots and celery with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and cover; reduce heat, cover and simmer until tender, about 12 minutes.
Remove lid from pot, mix together egg and onion/potato mixed ingredients. Bring to a slow boil, cook 10 minutes, whisking continuously. Stir in cooking water and cook. Stir in bread cubes; cook 5 minutes. Serve over marinade.
