1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup water
Add rice according to package directions, or as directed on another package.
Add chicken broth to chicken broth, then adjust to more or less the consistency of coconut cream. I like to bring a large pot of water to a boil and add rice, chicken, and broth, leaving mixture just covered. When rice is just covered, add the rest of the chicken stock or water, and cook until rice has absorbed all the liquid.
