1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/3 cup cheese; cottage cheese works well
2 tablespoon milk
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
Splash 1 cup water and honey over potato; lightly press pressed firmma set aside. Soak 10 minutes or until tender.
Combine potato, vegetable, and milk in potato cooker; decrease heat to medium to medium-low and cover. Cook 30 minutes, until potatoes are tender. Stir in cottage cheese and reserved potato.
