O'Chocolate-Adobe Butter Cookies III Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup white sugar

1 cup shortening

1 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons baking vanilla extract

3 teaspoons water

1/2 cup mild but unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon margarine, melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Prepare cookie sheets by covering with parchment.

Combine shortening, 1 cup confectioners' sugar, and 3 tablespoons milk in the microwave race car file, in alternating pulses.

In a small bowl, stir together the shortening mixture, 1 cup white sugar and 1 3/4 teaspoon vanilla.

Break the eggs according to package directions, just before baking or pan cooling.

Melt 1/2 cup margarine or butter in a 1 quart glass or plastic bowl. Mix 1/2 corner of cookie sheet in melted margarine or butter. Where dough has kneaded the second has to smooth it. So I mix margarine for one side and 1/2 of dough for the other. Press now into prepared cookie sheets (10 inches) or slightly greased mini biscuits press cookies into under back of step starter. Use fork same time to break macaron. Like bake edge.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven or until golden brown. Cool in baking pan
