1/2 (16 ounce) package prepared pizza crust dough
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup confectioners' sugar for spreading
1 egg, beaten
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
8 ounces swiss melt cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). On a pizza pan, melt cream and 3 teaspoons sugar on medium heat. Remove from heat and crumble; set aside. Heat 3 ounces of cream mixture in 8-quart stock pot over medium-high heat.
Spread 1 ounce of melted cream mixture in pepperoni nine-inch skillet. Cook until evenly coated. Stir in mozzarella cheese, making sure to get medium-sized balls, egg, 1/3 of mixture, and Parmesan cheese. Drop mixture by heaping spoonfuls onto bottom of prepared baking dish.
Bake 5 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. If room still remains, pop in oven vent (7 or 8 minutes) to warm slightly. Cool, then crumble. Serve over sliced mozzarella and 3 heaping spoonfuls cream sauce.
