1 (9 inch) pie shell
1 2-liter pumpkin puree
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup water
In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, pudding mix, sugar, and water. Beat until smooth. Pour into pastry shell.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes. Chill before serving.
