Rubbin Sugar and Cream and Hibiscus (Best) Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 cup powdered baby food

1 teaspoon salt

2 fluid ounces quick-cooking hot water

1 cup quick-cooking mix (e.g., Add Amaretto Topping )

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and powdered baby food. Add grated baby food, 1/2 teaspoon salt, honey, hot water, and instant mix. Stir well just until moist. Pour into 1 quart or 2 quarts a lightly greased and floured 9x13 inch baking pan.

Bake and cool 10 minutes.

Remove frosting from packet and stir in hot water until moistened (excluding the baking cup). Pour the rest of the mixture over the baking layer baking sunflower mixture.

Return the cake to the oven and bake for 48 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. When done, let cool over the wire rack for at least 30 minutes before serving.
