2 eggs
1 cup frozen corn kernels
1 1/3 cups bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter, melted
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine eggs, corn, bread crumbs, salt and melted butter. Mix well and place cooked eggs in the bottom of the prepared dish. Refrigerate overnight.
