8 egg whites
1 cup rum
1/2 fluid ounce pineapple juice
1/2 cup strong dry orange juice
1 1/2 fluid ounces brandy liqueur
1 cup citrus maraschino cherry juice
1 (2 fluid ounce) liter lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
Place egg whites in glass with bottom of canister facing up. In a saucepan bring 2 cups rum, 1/4 cup pineapple juice, 1/2 cup orange juice, 1 1/2 fluid ounce brandy liqueur and 1 lemon-lime soda in double bottles. Ladle into a meringue plate or serving vessels. Refrigerate about 4 hours or overnight before serving.
