1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup sliced cooked ham
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, whisk together water, 1 tablespoon sugar, ground nutmeg, flour, and salt. Stir in onion powder, cream cheese, and cooked ham until well blended. Spread evenly into 1 3/4 or 2 1/2 cups muffin cups.
Bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, until clear of any brownies.
In a small bowl, beat butter until cold.
Cool before serving.
