2 eggs
1/3 cup white sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, combine eggs, sugar, vinegar and white wine and whisk until smooth. Stir in sour cream, Cheddar cheese, salt and pepper. Spread mixture evenly into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
