1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 cup water
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Place chicken breasts in shallow dish in large bowl. Pour water over all. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Preheat grill for high heat.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chicken breasts with water in 1 to 2 tablespoons. Place the chicken on grill. Cook 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until chicken is browned and juices run clear. Fry chicken breasts in barbecue sauce until nicely browned.
