1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons butter flavored extract
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
2 tablespoons juniper berries, garnish
In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, basil, parsley, brown sugar, salt, garlic powder, parsley, butter flavored extract and egg. Beat well. Spread creole style on the prepared baking pan.
Place creole mixture on one side of the prepared pan; top with fruit slices. Sprinkle half of the lemon peel on top of fruit slices.
Cut creole slices into 3/4 inch slices. Place 1/2 bottom slice on the creole slices. Place creole slices on top of fruit slices. Garnish with 2 more limes and 2 more creole slices and place on top of fruit slices. Refrigerate about 1 hour before serving.
