1 teaspoon citrus zest
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 cup pineapple juice
3 1/2 cups pineapple juice
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple juice with juice concentrate concentrate
4 limes, quartered
1 banana, sliced
In a large bowl, mix citrus zest, lemon juice, pineapple juice, pineapple juice concentrate, lemon zest and pineapple juice concentrate.
While mixing the citrus zest, lemon juice, pineapple juice concentrate and lemon zest cassanname, stir in the chopped pineapple, banana and lemon peel and discard this portion of the concentrate.
Loss around 1/3 of its original juice from pineapple preserves and serve on ice or with lemon syrup. Garnish with fresh pineapple or lemon rind.
