2 cups butterscotch chips, halved
1 cup butterscotch syrup
1 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon milk
Melt butterscotch chips in a medium saucepan. Stirring constantly, add baking soda and salt; mix together. Bring the mixture to a light boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer until melted; about 15 minutes.
Remove from heat, and stir in whipping cream, butter, vanilla extract, and milk. Pour the mixture into a large bowl.
