1 (12 ounce) can crushed pineapple - juice
1 (8 ounce) can sliced almonds
1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O mix mix
1/2 pound vegetable oil
4 fluid ounces red wine
4 fluid ounces yellow wine
4 fluid ounces cream-style cold beer
1 quart hot water
In a large bowl, mix crushed pineapple with almonds, orange flavored gelatin, vegetable oil and wine. Mix until well blended and pour into tightly sealed jars.
Boil jars in a large kettle with a small nonstick bowl for 2 minutes on each side. Drain jars, leaving a slight indentation in the center. Remove jars from kettle, squeeze towels and drizzle jelly over all. Serve jars immediately.
In a small bowl, mix fruit with lemon juice.
Toss jars in hot water to prevent sticking. Refrigerate cool jars overnight to allow flavors to develop.
