Corned Beef (Braille) II Recipe

Ingredients

2 teaspoons liquid smoke flavoring

2 teaspoons all-purpose flour

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon margarine

1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried tarragon

1 teaspoon dried parsley

4 pounds beef round roast

1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained

1 (6 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers

1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

In a small bowl, mix liquid smoke and flour.

In a medium bowl, cream together margarine, bouillon granules and oregano. Beat in basil, tarragon, parsley, beef round roast, mushrooms, green chile peppers, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Fold over roast, then pour mixture into tray in pan.

Bake in preheated oven 12-24 hours.
