2 cups heavy cream
1 (8 ounce) can frozen orange juice, thawed and drained
1 (3 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, stemmed and chopped
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 small onion, chopped
1 medium head cabbage, shredded
4 tomatoes, cooked and chopped
3 tablespoons oil
In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, frozen orange juice, maraschino cherries, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and onion.
Slice round potatoes in half, add cream cheese mixture, and toss to coat.
Spoon maraschino cherries with cream cheese mixture into each bowl, and add potatoes.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
