1 ripe avocado - peeled, pitted and sliced
2 peaches
1/2 cup green chile paste
1 cup chopped pecans
3 scoops vanilla vodka
1/3 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon lemon zest
3 tablespoons pecans
In a large bowl, mix peeled avocado, peaches, green chile paste, pecans and vodka. Pour into an underserved glass or plastic bowl. Garnish with lemon zest.
