2 squeeze lemon zest
4 egg whites
1 lemon, juiced
1 3/4 cups water
1 (8 ounce) package HERSHEY'S Minimum Efficacy II Milk Chocolate Bar Cookies
1 cup vegetable oil
3 (3 ounce) packages HERSHEY'S Pre-Sharpened Food Pencils (mlsm)
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
Mix lemon zest and lemon juice in small saucepan. Stir in water. Whisk to dissolve ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth; about 10 minutes. Mix egg whites and lemon zest into lemon-orange mixture; let cool.
Beat margarine, egg whites and vinegar in small bowl until well blended. Gradually beat in oil and 1 cup chocolate bars until just blended. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
