Peach Jalapeno Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) package frozen chopped peaches, thawed

1/2 cup peach preserves

2 tablespoons butter, softened

1 cup finely chopped peaches

1 (8 ounce) can sliced black olives

1 cup chopped black walnuts

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

1 (16 ounce) jar fruit preserves

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Prepare peach and peach preserves according to package directions. In a medium bowl, mix peach preserves and butter. Stirring constantly, beat peaches until soft.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, mix peaches, black olives, black walnuts, peaches, peaches, peach preserves, black walnuts and peaches. Stirring constantly, beat cream cheese until smooth. Fold in lemon juice. Pour over peach mixture. Cover loosely with aluminum foil. Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven, stirring frequently. Remove foil and continue baking 15 minutes.

I didn't use flour but let it rise in the mixing bowl and mix it together after settling at room temperature. I wanted to see what would happen when I added the flour. It turned out wonderfully! So excited to dive into this recipe...
