1 (15 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
14 ounces spaghetti squash
1 (16 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (16 ounce) can diced green chile peppers, drained
3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
ground black pepper to taste
Combine mushrooms, spaghetti sauce, cheese, squash, cheese, peppers and shredded cheese in large bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup margarine in large mixer bowl until blended. Fold in mushrooms, pasta sauce, sauteed mushrooms, salsa, cheese and cream cheese mixture.
Mix well and drop mixture into 6 baking dish; cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
