Mozzarella Meatballs II Recipe

Ingredients

6 liters milk

1 pound lean ground beef

1/4 cup sharp processed cheese flavor

1 onion, chopped

1 (8 ounce) package mozzarella, sliced

1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix milk and meatballs. Shape into 2-inch balls and place in 8-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, mix ground beef, cheese, onions and mozzarella. Use plastic wrap to separate meatballs.

Heat a large pot of water on medium-high heat.

Add meatballs and water mixture to pot. Cover and simmer until meatballs are tender, about 10 minutes. Drain excess fat and pour into baking dish.

Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Slice meatballs and vegetables and serve hot.
