8 ounces Brazil or rice noodles
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 tablespoons dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 tablespoons green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add rice and cook for 8 to 10 minutes; drain.
In a mixing bowl, mix oil, basil, oregano, basil, salt, pepper and green onions. Mix thoroughly and pour into a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Pour olive oil over rice mixture and sprinkle with parsley. Place dish on a serving platter or platter.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
