2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 eggs
Place the beef into a slow cooker. In a large bowl, mix the onion, celery, mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, dry mustard, oregano, eggs and salt. Mix well.
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours (or until internal meat temperature reaches 140 degrees F).
