1 cup moist corn muffins
1/3 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup molasses
1 teaspoon milk
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease muffin cups.
In a large bowl, cream together the spreaders' sugar, butter, and vanilla until smooth. Combine the molasses and milk; beat into the peanut mixture until blended. Pour batter into prepared muffin liners.
Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
