2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (8 ounce) package uncooked whole kernel corn
1 (15 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (15 ounce) can green beans
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 dash dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and saute until completely browned. Stir in corn and mushrooms and cook awhile. Stir in green beans, cornbread, mushrooms, green beans, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture over the casserole.
