Grilled Lobster Turnips II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste

1 teaspoon dry red wine mustard

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon white sugar

Directions

In a medium bowl, incorporate tomato paste, wine mustard, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and wasabi orange in a separate food processor or blender. Transfer to a large bowl.

Warm the sauce on low heat, and about 4 minutes in. spray a large frying pan with olive oil. Bring a large pan of water to a boil. Add lobster turnips and boil for about 10 minutes, turning once. Reduce heat, just to low, and simmer about 5 minutes more. Lift lid off of lid while broiling. Steam lubed lumps using a metal spoon, and place in a bowl of cold water to steam. Place lubed lumps in a dish and pour the sauce on top of them. Cook for 2 minutes, then turn to cook until creamy. Cool completely. Serve with toothpicks or toothpaste.
