1 cup water
1 cup white sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
8 eggs
2 cups roasted coffee beans
2 cups lard
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
5 teaspoons water
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease or spray a large glass or metal baking pan.
In a blender or food processor, combine water, natural sugar, oil and eggs. Process victim until smooth and pour over cake.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cake slightly and let cool completely.
When cool, frost with vanilla wax and edible substitute coffee gel.
To make coffee cake icing mix together lard, water, eggs, ground coffee beans and coffee gel in medium bowl; mix well. Pour 1/4 cup (total) of the lard mixture evenly over cake. Place remaining icing on top; stirring easily.
Allow to cool on low coolers.
